Video clip inspired in medical imaging

The reason for this post is the video clip which is inspired in X-ray images, but the music is also really good (Anormal from Pato Fu)! This video was found in http://laneuroimagen.blogspot.com.es/, which also has very interesting posts in neurology medical imaging.

Great moments in TV with medical images/scanners! #7

Breaking Bad shows us another moment. Walt has seen his PET/CT scan previously and knows there is a huge spot, which can mean the cancer has not disappear. Fortunately, it has disappeared and the spot is inflammation of the lungs...which can also appear bright in a PET scan. Sivu MRI video

A new MRI video has been going around in the internet. Sivu, an english singer, made his latest video clip inside the MRI machine while performing. MRI images were acquired in a hospital in London.  Impressive images were created while he sings:

Sivu - Better Man Than He. from Adam Powell on Vimeo.

The idea for the music video came from CLEFT and Barts and the London Charity, two charities working on treatments for cleft lips and palates in children.

Great moments in TV with medical images/scanners! #4

ER was another famous medical series. Mark Greene, one of the doctors, realizes that his tumor is back and goes to the MRI to get checked. Notice the detail that he really took all his metallic accessories...
